Make your logo print on receipts
What to do if your logo shows online but not on printed receipts — the "Make it print" step.
A logo that looks fine online needs a printable version prepared before it prints on paper receipts. When you save a new or changed logo, that version is prepared automatically.
The wallet card works the same way but is prepared separately, so a logo can print on receipts and still be missing from the card, or the other way round. Each has its own status under the logo in the branding editor — see Put your logo on wallet cards.
If a logo was added before this was supported, the branding editor shows a Won't print on receipts yet notice with a Make it print button. Click it to prepare the printable version. The Branding list also warns you at the top if any of your sets have a logo that won't print yet.
When it finishes, the warning is replaced by Prints on receipts and the line "Done — your logo will print on receipts now." If something goes wrong you get a message saying so instead, and the warning stays put.
Heads up
If your logo shows on your online pages but not on printed receipts, open the branding set and look for the print status under the logo. If it says it won't print yet, click Make it print, and wait for it to confirm that it now prints.
