Upload a logo or cover image
How to upload your logo or cover image in the branding editor — accepted formats, size limits and how to replace or remove.
The logo, the cover image and each of your booking-email signature images all use the same image picker — a drop zone labelled Drop image or click to upload.

Add the image
Drag an image file onto the drop zone, or click it to browse and pick a file from your computer.

Wait for the upload
A spinner shows for a few seconds while the image uploads and is prepared. That's normal — it's not a hang.

Replace or remove later
Once uploaded, the image shows in the field with Replace and Remove buttons. Use Replace to swap it, Remove to clear it.
The picker accepts JPG, PNG and WebP images up to 30 MB, and shrinks a big photo automatically as it uploads so your pages load quickly. The same limit and types apply everywhere it is used — logo, cover image and signature images alike.
Tip
A square logo (around 500×500 pixels) looks best. A cover image of around 1200×400 pixels fits the booking-page banner. An email signature image is shown about 36 pixels tall, so a wide mark reads better than a tall one.
Your logo is used in more places than your online pages: it is prepared for printed receipts and for the Apple Wallet loyalty card at the same time, when you save. A logo with a transparent background works best on the wallet card, where it sits on your primary colour.
