What is Tillable payments (yetipay)?
Tillable payments is the card-payment service behind your Tillable card terminals and online orders — the same service you may know by its earlier name, yetipay.
Tillable payments is how your venue takes card payments with Tillable. It powers your Tillable card terminals, and the payments guests make online when they order, book or pay a deposit.
If you have come across the name yetipay, that is the same payments service under its earlier name. You do not need a separate account or a separate login for it.
What it does
- In person: contactless, chip and PIN, Apple Pay and Google Pay on a Tillable card terminal.
- Online: online ordering, click and collect, booking deposits and no-show fees, all into the same account.
- One place for the money: every sale, refund and payout shows in your Tillable reports.
- Paid quickly: money reaches your bank account the next working day.
- No monthly subscription: you only pay for what you take. Your rates are shown when you set payments up.
Setting it up
Depending on your account, you will see one of two things:
- A Set up payments card on your Home dashboard. Follow it to confirm your business and bank details. See Getting paid: set up payments.
- No such card. The Tillable team sets up card payments for you during onboarding. See Set up payment processing.
