CRM Sync
Push your customers into HubSpot or Salesforce, keeping Tillable the source of truth.
CRM Sync pushes your customers into your own marketing CRM — HubSpot or Salesforce — so you can run campaigns there. Your Tillable customer list stays the clean source of truth; your marketing CRM owns consent and campaigns.
CRM must be switched on for your account for this to appear. If you don't see it, see Set up CRM for your account.
Where to find it
From the sidebar, open CRM Sync under the CRM section.
How the sync works
- It's one direction: contacts are pushed from Tillable out to your CRM. Your CRM is never read back into Tillable, no marketing is sent, and nothing is deleted.
- Each contact is matched on a stable Tillable customer ID, so the same person isn't duplicated on later syncs (even if they change email).
- A push happens when you connect, whenever you click Sync now, and then once a day overnight (around 03:00 UTC) for customers whose spend, visits or last-visit changed.
What gets synced
For each customer: first and last name, email, phone, lifetime spend, visits, and last visit, keyed on the Tillable customer ID. Order history, notes, tags and custom fields are not synced.
Pick your provider
The setup differs by provider — follow the dedicated guide:
- Connect and sync to HubSpot — paste a Private App token. You can do it yourself in a couple of minutes.
- Connect and sync to Salesforce — your Salesforce admin adds four Contact fields and a Connected App first, then you sign in to connect.
Sync now, disconnect and errors
Each connected card shows the status, the last sync time, and any last error. Use Sync now for an immediate full re-push and Disconnect to stop syncing. If a card shows an error, see CRM troubleshooting.
