Report groups
Save sets of terminals so you can filter any report to them in one tap.
A report group is a saved set of terminals — for example "Tills", "Handhelds" or "Floor 1". Once saved, it appears as a one-tap filter on every report, so you don't have to tick the same terminals by hand each time.
Where to find it
From the sidebar settings, open Report groups.
Create a group
- 1
Open Report groups
You'll see your existing groups and a button to add a new one.
- 2
Name it
Give the group a clear name — something you'll recognise on a report's filter bar, like "Tills" or "Bar".
- 3
Tick its terminals
Choose which of your terminals belong in the group. A terminal can be in more than one group.
- 4
Save
The group is saved and immediately offered as a filter on your reports.
Editing and deleting
Open a group to rename it or change which terminals it contains. You can also delete a group — when you do, reports stop offering it as a filter. Deleting a group doesn't change any sales data; it only removes the shortcut.
How groups show up on reports
On any report, the Terminals filter lists your saved groups as preset buttons. Tap one and the report filters to that group's terminals. Tap it again to clear back to All terminals.
Note
You don't have to save a group to filter a report. You can always tick terminals ad-hoc on the report itself. Groups just save you doing it repeatedly.
