Manage your floor plans
Rename, reorder, duplicate, move between locations, or delete a floor plan.
Housekeeping on the Floor plans list. From the sidebar, click Table Management, then Floor plans.
On the list
- Rename a plan with the pencil icon.
- Reorder plans by dragging them. The order is the order they appear in.
- Move a plan to another location by dragging it into that location's group.
- Duplicate a plan with the copy icon. This clones the plan and every table on it, keeping each table's position, shape and size. Because table names must be unique, the copies are named with a "(copy)" suffix and you are asked to rename them when the copy opens.
- Delete a plan with the bin icon.
Heads up
Deleting a floor plan does not delete its tables. The tables stay in your account but become unplaced — they no longer sit on any plan until you add them to one again. You'll find them in the builder's tray.
Coming here from the bookings checklist
If you reached this list from Get started with bookings, a black bar sits across the top with a button back to that checklist, and opening a plan from here keeps it — so you can get back from the builder too. Creating or duplicating a plan keeps it as well, rather than dropping you out of the checklist. Reaching this page any other way leaves it exactly as it is.
